About Me

Allison is a Texas transplant who moved to King county in 1992 and made Whatcom County her home 16 years ago. Prior to real estate, she spent 25 years working in marketing and sales including the fields of property management, marketing a luxury resort/hotels brand and building a 2500+ person network marketing team.

Building relationships and helping clients find homes, along with watching her grandmother have a successful real estate career influenced her to get her real estate license in 2016. Clients meet Allison as strangers, and quickly become friends because Allison puts her heart and soul into each transaction. She is an established high achiever who will guide you through a smooth transaction and can handle any situation with ease & grace.

She has co-owned a construction business, Alumirail LLC, with her husband Jeff since 2005 which offers a unique perspective to clients.

In her free time Allison loves volunteering with different organizations including Skookum Kids, Lighthouse Mission, working with Vietnam Vets and being a team mom while her husband coaches youth sports.
